Could Breast Fullness, Bloating, And Constipation Indicate Pregnancy While Having A Lighter-than-usual Period After Taking Emergency Contraception?

hello doc, I m 18 years old. Last year, on 29th Nov, I had unprotected sex and took an emergency contraceptive within 24 hours. On 4th of Dec, I had bleeding lighter than my normal periods and lasted for 5 days. I m already a pcod patient. I haven t got my menses till this date. I was feeling weaker and had fatigue, so I took two pregnancy test almost a month later and both tests showed a negative result. I m not feeling any fatigue now bit can feel my breasts being fuller, my abdomen bloated and constipation. Although constipation was already an issue for me since before. But I m still worried. Could you help me regarding this?
