Could Breastfeeding A Baby After Taking An Abortion Pill Cause Harm To The Child?

Hi Doctor, my name is Nidhi Chetri . I ve taken an abortion pill and I ve have a 10 months old baby. He only depends on my breast feeding ,my doctor told me not to feed 3days. I ve feeded him because he is not abled to sleep at night. Can it be harmful?
