Could Bright Kidney Of Baby During Pregnancy Indicate PKD?

Hi two years ago I was pregnant and I lost the baby because hi had PkD now I am pregnant I was 18 week and I had my ultra sound and they told me the my baby kidney is bright but normal size and normal floud around the baby and told me to come after 4 weeks know I am 22 week and my appointment after a week and I can not wait if the kidney of my baby bright that mean PKD ??

The bright appearance of the kidney is not suggestive of PCKD. The echogenic appearance depends on the renal parenchyma.
