Could Brown And Red Stains At The Area Of Testicles On Underwear Be Due To Poor Hygiene?
Hello I seem to have brown/red stains where my testicles lie on my underwear. My testicles look perfectly normal no shape difference on swelling. They feel and look normal. I use to be lazy and not take showers for a long time. I would like to know what are these stains. Is it just because of my bad hygiene?

From history it seems that due to lack of proper local hygiene there might be having irritation and some infection producing some soreness on the part and some discharge might produce staining inner wear.
Make a habit of having shower daily with proper cleaning of local part.
Keep local part well shaved and dry.
