Could Brown/red Discharge Be Side Effects From Coming Off The Pill?

Hi, i stopped taking my pill 10th Feb, i should be due a period but, have had brown/red discharge on a few occasions since my withdrawal bleed on 15th Feb, i also have sore nipples. Could this be side effects from coming off the pill? Me & my husband are trying to conceive. Thanks
