Could Brown Spots At The Base On Penis Be Due To Masturbation?

Hi so I have found a few flat brown spots at the base of my penis were the shaft meets the scrodum. No pain or itchyness or pain while peeing, I do masturbate at least once a day. No girlfriend or sexual partner at this time. Can these bumps be from to much self stimulation?

In short: Masturbation cannot cause bumps

Explanation: Masturbation is a normal phenomenon and it cannot cause bumps like this. So, please visit your doctor for examination of the bump. If it is just a spot, wait for sometime if it subsides no problem.
