Could Brown Spots On The Left Side Of Testicles Be Soft Warts?

I have these brown spots on the left side of my testicles. They look a little raised and when i stretch the skin out they go flat. At times it looks as if its smooth and when its really dry it feels scaly. Also I saw a doctor and she said its not warts but just issued me to us lotrimin and if it doesnt go away then I should see another doctor. what do you think it is? Could it be soft warts?

Hello
Thanks for query.
You have Sebaceous Cyst inside scrotal skin.

The scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Consult qualified General Surgeon he will decide whether they need to be excised or not .
