General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hai Thank u for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Kidney infections like pyelonephritis can give such symptoms but usually associated with fever and shivering. Just lower urogenetal tract infections also can cause this. Other possibilities are yeast infection or pelvic inflammatory condition. A vaginal and urethral swab test, urine analysis and pelvic examination will be helpful to rule out the condition. Ultrasound examination might be needed in case of inconsistency in diagnosis. In case of signs of infection antibiotic therapy will be needed. Urine culture and sensitivity should be done also. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
