Could Burning Pain In Shoulder Radiating To Neck And Chest At Night Be Circulatory Problem?
When at rest at night by left shoulder has a burning ache to the front of the shoulder radiates into the left bicep and toward the neck across the upper left chest. After I take a morning shower and get moving for the day it doesn t seem to bother too much. Could this be a circulatory problem?

From history it seems that if you are elderly then this can be due to cervical spondilitis producing pinched nerve pressure giving burning pain in neck, chest and arms.
Go for x-ray for cervical spondilitis.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy and cervical traction will be of much helpful.
Take vitamin B1, B6, B12 capsule or injections.
Ok and take care.
