Could Cervical Ribs Cause Dizziness,headache And Reynauds Phenomenon In Both Hands?

hi i have cervical ribs diagnosed on x ray a few years ago. for the past few months i have been having dizzy spells, headache nausea at times, get weakness mostly in my left arm and symptoms of reynauds phenomenon in both hands. i also have a bruit in my neck on the left side. could all this be related to the cervical ribs. any gp i have spoken to about itdoesn't seem to know very much about it.
