Could Chest Pain And Breathlessness Be Due To Muscular Pain?

My husband is having chest pain since few months. We had consulted doc, had ECG, X-ray and was told by the doc that it could be muscular pain. Otherwise there is no problem. But the pain still occurs sometimes



I have also noticed that my husband has shortness of breath.

Is this a concern?
