Could Chest Pain Be A Result Of Sinus Arrhythmia Shown On EKG?

so i was having chest pain last night that radiated to the back which was substernal. it last for 30 min or so and it just happen when i was in class. I had took an ekg. The first on said sinus arrhythmia and normal varient ecg. the next ekg stated sinus rhtym, minial right-percodial repolarization disturbacne, conside feminine pattern, flat or low negative T in V2 V3, but otherwise normal variant of ECG. Is there anything I should be concern about

Dear sir/madam, your both ecg are of normal variation. Nothing significant changes are seen. But if you are getting repeated chest pain then its better to get echocardiogram and treadmill test after consulting the nearest cardiologist.
