Could Chewing Tobacco Be The Cause Of Dry, Discolored And Circular Patch On Lip?

Hi, I have had a dry circular patch with a hint of discoloration and a little flaky and was just wondering if its just a chapped spot on my lip. I have used chewing tobbacco in the past and was just worried. If you could give me any explanation on this it would be nice. Thank you, Cody
