Could Clear Thick Vaginal Discharge Be Due To HPV?

I was recently diagnosed with high risk hpv. My doctor is closely monitoring me. I have my next coposcopy (spelling???) in June. Over the last couple of days I have been experiencing really thick clear discharge (no odor) and a lot of aching. Could this be the Hpv? Or something else?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear,
I understand ur concern and thanks for writing.
Since ur a high risk Hpv...u must be cautious about evrything.
Hpv usually do not cause any discharge or bleeding and thick clear discharge is suggestive of possible bacterial infection may be bacterial vaginosis.
Fir that u shall go for a short 5 days course of antibiotics.
If not relieved than visit ur treating gynecologist.
Thanks
Hope ur queries answered.
