Could Confused Mind And Negative Thoughts Be The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Celexa?

I have stopped 20 mg Celexa after 4 years. Trying supplement prescribed by doctor. I didn t expect withdrawal like I m having.. it s messing with my memory and causing negative, blue feelings. Is this normal? Should I give it longer? Or, should I go back on generic for Celexa. I ve been completely free for about month or so. I weened off just like doctor said?
