Could Constant, Dull Pain In Stomach Be Due To Barrets Esophagus?

I have Barrets Esophagus, although I don t have esophagus pain, I do have pain in my stomach. I get cramping/shooting pains at night I bed sometimes. I get more of a dull/constant ache after I eat and just for no reason sometimes. I do not have indigestion. My Barrets was diagnosed 2 years ago by a endoscopy that was performed because my blood count was off. I had a colonoscopy at the time also. The colonoscopy was normal and the endoscopy showed Barrets. They did say that this was not the reason for my low hemoglobin (I think that is what was low).

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of incidental Barrett's, pain in the stomach, cramping pains at night, no indigestion, low hemoglobin.

I would advise you the following:
Complete blood picture.
Hematologist's opinion as to why Hb is less.
Ultrasonography or CT scan of the abdomen to find the cause of cramping.

Opinion of a Gastroenterologist will help.
I find this answer helpful
