Could Constant Fidgeting And Poor Concentration Be ADHD In A Teenager?

hi um i think i have adhd i dont want to diagnose myself but all i do is fidget like alot and sometimes i just want to cry because i cant stop and i cant concentrate as much as i used to this happened before the 1st lockdown but it wasn t as bad as it used to be now i am a female,13,5 4,69.65kg im a bit over weight but im not sure if that has anything to do with it.
