Could Continued Brown Discharge Suggest Endometrial Blood Or Implantation Bleeding?

I have been experiencing brown discharge for several days now and it doesn't appear to be diminishing. This started about several days after intercours with my husband, where he ejaculated inside. My period isn't due till next week, but my cycle has always been erratic. I'm unsure if it's endometrial blood or implantation bleeding. How soon can I expect pregnancy signs? I'm neither nauseated or have swollen breasts. I also removed my IUD in August and have been experiencing daily itch, however during my checkup in August, I was cleared with a clean bill if health, with no cysts or infection. I'm also worried about tumours or cervix cancer. Can it appear in 4 months with brownish discharge?

First thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen to rule out other causes, hormonal test will be required.
