when im processing pre-employment medical, one doctor finds on me tympanic eardrum. and when my mext consultation, another doctor finds that im ok... but know i feel irritable when i feel song things happen in my ear, when i touch it. i hear cracking sounds

Get it cleaned first. Sometimes compression inside ear and sometimes vestibular disturbance may cause some symptoms. ENT doctor will be the best guide.
