Could Cramping,bloating And Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?

I had protected sex 2 times in one day around the time I was ovulating, it was kind of rough and I was pretty sore afterwards inside. now about 8 days later I m cramping and have a spotting it s like a period but it s not, there are a few clumbs of blood, my breasts are not tender, I took a preg test and it s negative (I know it s early) I m worried that it s implantation but we used condoms! I have all menstrual symptoms except for my breasts aren t tender I feel cramps, bloated etc could I be pregnant

dear.symptoms r not the sure signs of pregnancy.u have to wait for ur missed periods and then go for urine pregnancy test if that is positive then u .are pregnant.then decide what u want to do
