Hi,
Cramps in the pelvic area can occur in some during the ovulation period and are possibly due to the tubal movement to propel the ovum. This can get enhanced if fertilization has occurred. In the current scenario, pregnancy cannot be predicted unless you have been taking the basal body temperature from day one of the cycle where pregnancy is indicated by a continuation of the rise in basal body temperature after ovulation. Please wait until the last week of your expected period and then you can get a blood test for pregnancy. Hope this helps.
