Hello, I have a cyst on my finger at the joint, (mucus cyst I think) I have all the symptoms of one except I started pulling the little white dots around it (roots?) its painful but I can take it for now. I make sure that needle is clean and after I wash my finger with soap and water, and use an antibiotic salve. my question is ,,, is this really a mucus cyst or something else? at first I thought seed warts, but all is white in color. I have the little hole on top and the white roots are all around it. My DR. wants to send me to a hand DR. that might have me have surgery, but I don t want to . Am I doing wrong by pulling the roots? there is a pill called G-Relief. ONLINE. what do you think about that as well?
