Could Daily Chills, Fatigue, And Diminished Motivation Six Months After A Month Of Ceftriaxone IV For Lyme Neuroborreliosis Be Related To Mold Exposure?

I am about 6 months past 30-day IV treatment with cefriaxone for lyme neuroborelliosis, defintively determined from CSF on spinal puncture. I have chills every day + fatigue + diminished motivation. As I write I am wearing a ski parka at my desk.Chills mostly localized in chest. Temperature always norml. BP fairly low for my age (125/65-70) My location has plenty of mold in the area, I have not had allergy testing. I have minimal runny nose and watery eyes, photophobia from lyme I was hospitlized with TIA in 2020, cryptogenic (I attribute to lyme as there was no apparent cause on full testing, and no eividence of signifcant stroke
