Could Daily Heart Palpitations For 3 Years, Recent Chest Pain, Left Neck Vein Palpitations, Dizziness, And Fatigue Be Stress-related?

Hello Doctor, I am male 23 70kg 170 cm and having heart palpitations regularly every day. They feel like extra beat and lately I ve had pain in left side chest and discomfort also on the left chest. Also a new symptom palpitation in left neck vein, aorta? Accompanied with dizziness and fatigue. I went to cardiologist and got holter monitor and nothing got ecg done and nothing either. I ve had palpitations for over 3 years now but the new symptoms started recently. I m also In last year college so there s lots of stress, but I don t think it s enough to cause symptoms of chest pain and palpitations in neck accompanied by dizzines.
