Please remember that ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period. This is the fertile period when conception can occur. Thick white discharge usually occurs when estrogen content is high. Also, your menstrual discharge is not normal and is suggestive of a breakthrough bleeding. I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation and hormone assay along with a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to help plan further management. Hope this helps.
