Hi i use to have irriguler cycle but I started having normal cycle for for months I'm trying for baby for eight years and this month ihad my cycle on the 27and it delayed for 2 weeks and i have abdomenal pain a bit of sickness oxidation prgnency test and its negative could I be pregnent

If the pregnancy test is negative, even after that, you should get a Serum beta hcg and an ultrasound pelvis to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
