Hi,
I understand your concern.
Two pregnancy tests -ve after 3 months dely in periods is mostly no conception.
Was the test you did in clinic a blood test? blood pregnancy test ( HCG test) is confirmatory .
You seem to have menstrual irregularity. Please get yourself examined by a Gynecologist for finding the cause.hormone assay for thyroid/ovulation study will help in pin pointing it. after treating the cause,& getting regular periods with ovulation- you would conceive.
Thanks.
