Hello and welcome to HCM,
Unprotected sex can lead to conception and thus pregnancy.
You need to take up an urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If pregnancy test is negative and still you have missed periods then you need to get it investigated from your gynecologist.
You have not mentioned when do you get brown stingy discharge and cramps.
Are these symptoms seen during menstrual cycles or are these symptoms random?
I understand that you have irregular menstrual cycle which needs to be investigated.
Irregular cycles are commonly due to hormonal disorders.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
