Could Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Pain Be Due To Ovarian Cysts?

Hi, I m 28 yrs old and had a tubal ligation 2 yrs ago during my last c section. I have always had a regular period that is never late. I have now missed my period. (I was suppose to start 2 weeks ago.) I now having pain on my right side in my lower abdomen. I do have a history of getting cyst on my ovaries. Is there a possibility of being pregnant or is this most likely another cyst?

Dear Patient, after tubal ligation chances of pregnancy are very slim to none. it my be some other condition like a cyst or infection. Please see your gyn to check on it by ultrasound.
