Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Duphaston?
Hi I am taking Duphaston 10mg after an IUI. I have been told to take the tablets x 2 a day for 2 weeks. At such point, at such point by period will be due (15 days after the IUI). My question is - will the Duphaston delay my period and give me false hopes? If I take a pregnancy test after a few days of my due date, would the Duphaston show a false reading? thanks

If the pregnancy is the main concern then it may be possible or may not be because medicine do not give promising result and this could delay menses without pregnancy, medicine can not show the false result but test it self shows this and for that best is ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care.
