Could Delayed Periods, Brown Spotting And Sore Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?
Hello doctor. I usually come on at the end of the month my cycle is around 31 days. Been trying to conceive for 2 years but never happened. Had anortion 5 years ago never got pregnant since. Went away on holiday with husband from 22nd till 31 may. Had intercourse on all those days. Yesterday 13th June I have brown blood on my underwear like a patch. My breasts have been sore for 1 whole week that is the only symptom I have apart from missing my period. Thank you
Brown spotting could be implantation bleeding, however, we cannot say it for sure, until you miss your incoming periods. Then, you can take the test the 10 day of the missed periods. Sore breasts are sometimes related to ovulation, however, I think you should be more patient and observe what's happening in the following days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
