Could Delayed Periods, Lower Back Pain, Cramping And Constipation Indicate A Pregnancy?
i am 7 days late and have taken two early pregnancy test and they both came out negative. I am never late on my period... i have off and on lower back pains and some light cramps. my boobs are not sore and i am bloated and was constipated for a little over a week. is there any chance i could be pregnant?
Hello dear Understand your concern Yes delayed periods, lower back pain, cramping, sore breast and bloating are symptoms of pregnancy. You did pregnancy test early, that is the reason for negative as HCG level is not high. You wait for few days. If period will delayed by 10-12 days again go for pregnancy confirmation (better to go for USG/Blood HCG as it is more accurate). If pregnancy will not detect, other cause of delayed period like hormonal imbalance, ovarian dysfunction/PCOS should be rule out by proper investigations. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
