Could Delayed Periods With Little Spotting, Cloudy Urine And Light Cramping And HPT Negative Be Pregnancy?

My period is 8 days late, I had a little spotting when I wipe a few days before period was due, I took a hpt yesterday negative, urine is cloudy no odor, light cramping. is there a chance I m pregnant? Shouldn t the hpt come out positive by now? My last period was on 2/7/14

Hi,

Cloudy urine needs to evaluated at the earliest. You can better get an ultrasound scan or beta HCG hormone test to confirm pregnancy.
