Could Depression Be Due To Thyroid Problem And Suggest Treatment?
my TSH level is 6.8 and currently taking thyronorm 25mg. i am depressed for last 3-4 months and unable to come out from depression.. lost interest in everything and very lazy all the time. can anyone tell me what should i do to come out from depression or is it because of thyroid
hiiii u have hypothyroidism and 50% hypothyroidism has depressive symptoms 1st thing require is to maintain ur thyroid level within normal limit 2nd thing u have to take medicine for depression too for atleat short period of time
tab escitalopram 10 mg will help u if u have sleep dis than add clonazepam 05 mg at bed time
do regular exercise take proper sleep do meditation give time to ur hobbies and pleasurable things do communications if required than consult psychiatrist get well soon thank u
