Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Somatic complains in for of pelvic pain, nerve pain or sinus infection is part of depression and in that case, with antidepressants, these symptoms would improve. Just consult your psychiatrist and try to add antidepressant like duloxetine in prescription. There is no need to go for further investigation as all investigations have come with in normal limit. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
