Could Diarrhea After A Week Of Treatment In My Infant Be Due To Teething?

My son 4 month old and having diarrhoea from last week and I give him some treatment(CELTIS-500 ij, smecta sachet, Ospor oral suspension)which advice by physican and now temprature is normal but till a diarrhoea. Please advise me (But according to my experience teeth is getting out)
