Could Diarrhea Running Past Vagina Cause Bartholins Cyst?

I think i may have developed a bartholins cyst through laxative abuse, as when i used to have diarhea it would be to the point where the diarhea ran past my vagina and id feel a burning sensation. I think the acidic bacteria from my constant runny stools burned my outer vaginal lips and caused the bartholins cyst. Could my theory be correct?
Thanks,

Hi
Bartholin cysts are caused by blocked bartholin duct. But a secondary infection is possible in such blocked ducts as gonorrhea is a main cause which is acquired as STD.From fecal matter E coli is also an infective agent for that.Antibiotics should be taken for that.If any abscess is there then incision and drainage will be required.Hope this may help you
thanks
