Could Dilation In Blood Vessels Of Spermatic Cord Affect The Fertility Of A Person?

Hi, I had open surgery of Vericocelectomy 4 months ago which turned into another blood vessels dilation in Spermatic cord and hydrocele in left side which is giving me pain and heaviness every single moment, i have plained to go for another surgery after 2 month but just want to know keep all these symptoms for such a long period of time will effect sterility and fertility or not, will be great for your answer thanks..
