Could Discharging A Brown Clump Be Miscarriage?

Hi. I am 24 years of age and haven t used birth control in three years. I recently had a miscarriage in February of this year. Now I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Today I noticed a brown clump of discharge when I went to the bathroom. Could I be miscarrying again?
