Could Discomfort Under The Ribcage Be Related To Previous Ulcer Or Hernia Suspicion?

Last year I had done gastroscopy and colonoscopy and the Dr said my ulcer was starting and gave me antibiotics and tritan and I was ok. But 9 months down the line I feel the discomfort again under my ribcage. Discomfort in stomach. Been like this since I was born. My mother used to think maybe i have hernia
