Could Dislocated Right Shoulder Be The Cause For Discomfort In Left Shoulder?

Fall off 8ft ladder at work on to a cement floor dislocated my shoulder. And hurt my neck c3,c4,c6,c7 and also have carpal tunnel went Thur pt after they found a full rotator cup I am 5 5 at the time weight 380 I believe because of the weight crashing down on my right side it caused some Effect to my left I have some problems with my left shoulder and arm but has never been treated the focus is all on the right side could this be true or is it me having to compensate and that causing where
