Could Dizziness And Nausea Be Related To Neck Problem?

Hi. My name is Bri and I am 19 years old. I was in a car accident a few years ago leaving me with an occasional sore and stiff neck. When I lay flat on the floor, I feel dizzy and sometimes nauseous. However, if I lay with a pillow or two under my head, I do not get the dizzy feeling. Could this possibly have something to do with my neck?
