Could Dizziness And Nausea Normal During Nights While Having Concussions?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My son has symptoms of a concussion He seems to be fine during the day, but at night he wakes and feels dizzy and nauseous, is this normal and if so how long will it last, can we help with the symptoms.
