Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Are you elderly, are there any risk factors like high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes. If any of these is present then we can suspect heart disease. If not then the possibility of gastritis and acidity problem is also there. If any risk factors are present then It's worth to get yourself evaluated. Get your sugars, lipid profile, ECG done, also TMT if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
