Hello
It seems from the history that you had a injury to the head while climbing. Following head injury you are having dizziness, neck pain and headaches. The signs of head injury which indicate seriousness are loss of consciousness following injury, vomiting, bleeding from ears or nose.... if you do not have these symptoms then no need to worry. If any of these symptoms are present you need to consult your doctor urgently.
As of now you can use analgesics and if pain does not resolve you can consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
