Could Dizzy Spells Be Due To Inhalation Of Fumes Of Toilet Cleaners?

I cleaned with bleach, lysol multi cleaner, and windex in the restroom and sprayed all of them at the same time. I knew it would be strong so I turned on a fan and left the house for about two hours. When I got back the smell was gone and I finished cleaning also vacuuming with carpet cleaner. About an hour later I was taking a shower and I feel off balance. I cooked dinner and ate fine then I came to bed I was sitting up and I felt dizzy still. When I layed down on the grown (partially to calm myself down because I tend to get panic attacks but not bad) and when I closed my eyes I felt like the room was spinning. I couldn t focus but I m sitting back up. Could this be because of all the chemicals ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM, I have gone through you query and understood your concerns, cleaning is supposed to be about maintaining a healthy home, yet some common household cleaning products contain chemicals that can harm human health and environment. I kindly suggest to read carefully the "Hazard Symbols" warm consumers about acute, short-term/long-term exposure because your symptoms are related with a chemical exposure.
You can consider to use natural products to protect from the toxins to contained in those cleaners, to use baking soda, vinegar and some natural oils is an excellent choice too

Please kindly rate if my advise has been helpful
Wishing you a good health
