Could Donating Plasma Cause Delay In Periods?

I started donating plasma at the beginning of July and now my period is about 4 days late. I also have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend idk if I m pregnant or if giving plasma delayed my cycle seeing how symptoms are quite similar I m not sure if it s because I m donating that my period is delayed is that possible?
