Could Douching With Hydrogen Peroxide Cause Problems In Sexual Organs?

Hi. I douched with straight over the counter hydrogen peroxide a few months ago. Immediately after had some cramping. The cramping subsided. Within a few weeks after that I had my first BV infection. I ve since been treated with antibitics and all is clear but is it possible I could have caused permanent damage to my reproductive organs? Obviously I know this was a bad idea to begin with and will never douche again.
