Could Dry And Tight Vagina Be The Effect Of HCG Trigger Shot?

i have had my HCG trigger shot on saturday morning to induce ovulation after the doctor found two mature follicles but immmediately after taking the shot my vagina became very dry and tight can it be a side effect of the injection or is it an indication that i wont ovulate
