Hi, i am sneha, 24 yrs and slight over weight and trying to get pregnant
With irrgular periods. Dr asked me to take duphaston for
10 days. Now its 9 th day and have dry mouth and
Severe back pain. Could i be pregnant or i have thyroid. Can you help me with this

You could have dryness both due to thyroid and also because of pregnancy. Even the medication which you have taken can cause dryness. In any case you must consult an ENT as soon as possible and also get a thyroid function test
